
Attorney – Eric P. Wilborn
Eric is a Georgia native from Buford in Gwinnett County. He joined Stewart Melvin & Frost’s probate and estate planning section in 2016. Eric previously practiced law with Hollberg & Weaver, LLP in Buckhead, a litigation law firm specializing in personal injury, federal court litigation, business and complex litigation, divorce defense, and estate planning. Previously, Eric practiced in Gwinnett County primarily in the areas of probate, guardianship and conservatorship issues.
Professional and Community Recognition
Eric received his BA from Florida Atlantic University cum laude. He received his JD from Regent University School of Law, where he worked as a law clerk for the American Center for Law & Justice, concentrating on First Amendment issues and defending religious liberties. Eric also has a background in business and real estate, where he learned to effectively organize and manage large corporate projects. He uses these skills to assist clients in resolving complex legal issues. Eric is part of the Speaker’s Bureau and Advisory Board with Out of Darkness, fighting human trafficking in Atlanta, and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
