Stewart Melvin & Frost attorneys Rustin Smith and Ronny Hulsey will be discussing the role of attorneys as small business advisors as part of a series of seminars conducted by the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce.

The title of their ‘Small Business Success’ seminar is “When Do I Make the Call? The Role of CPAs and Attorneys as Small Business' Most Trusted Advisors.” The session is scheduled for 7:45 a.m.-9 a.m. on March 11 at the Chamber’s office in Gainesville.

Smith and Hulsey will be joined by Rushton & Company accountants Nicholas Bruner and Samuel Latimer who will present the CPA section of the seminar.

The two attorneys will discuss how small business owners can economically use an attorney when faced with difficult legal situations. In addition, they will cover some non-traditional legal services offered to small businesses and their owners by attorneys.
