Mark W. Alexander
As a trial lawyer and partner in the firm's litigation section, Mark Alexander's personal mission is justice, success and service.
A former prosecutor in the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, Mr. Alexander has developed a considerable plaintiff's trial practice specializing in cases involving serious injury, wrongful death and trucking litigation. Having recovered substantial settlements for victims of preventable injury, he brings innovative ideas and a client-oriented approach to litigation.
Mr. Alexander believes in only accepting a limited number of cases enabling him to devote the time and resources necessary to win. This philosophy combined with his trial skills and experience result in tremendous success and satisfaction for the families he represents. People who experience life-altering tragedies need an attorney who truly understands the impact of this type of event. They need a lawyer they can trust, who cares about them, and who specializes in this type of case. With this understanding, Mr. Alexander has repeatedly proven his compassion and commitment to his clients.
Recognized for his leadership and community service, he has been named the Gainesville Jaycee of the Year in 1998 and the Hall County Young Man of the Year in 1999. Mr. Alexander currently serves on the Church Council for the United Methodist Church and has recently served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Alexander has an undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a law degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He has recently completed a study of advanced trial advocacy techniques at Harvard Law School.
