L. Alyson Graham

Alyson Graham, a Gainesville native with expertise in tax law, joined the firm as an associate in 2010.


Dedicated and committed to high quality advocacy, Ms. Graham focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, business transactions, succession planning, estate administration, and assisting clients in federal tax controversies. 


The magna cum laude graduate from Georgia State College of Law carries a strong background in tax law, having earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law.


At Georgia State, Ms. Graham was honored for her work in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where she provided federal tax controversy resolution services for low-income clients. In her third year at law school, she founded and presided over the Estate Planning and Wealth Management Law Society. She also was the recipient of the 2008-2009 Outstanding Tax Student Award and scholarship provided by the State Bar of Georgia, Taxation Law Section.


Prior to law school, she graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in environmental design.


Ms. Graham is a member of the Northeast Georgia Estate Planning Council, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association and the Fiduciary Law Section and the Taxation Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.  She currently serves on the board of directors for WomenSource and is a member of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Hall County program class of 2013.
